Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Your use may also be subject to other local, national, or international laws.

If you are an EU consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

United States Legal Compliance

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified and interpreted to achieve its purpose to the greatest extent allowed, and the remaining parts will continue in full effect.

Waiver

Not enforcing a right or requiring performance under these Terms now does not mean we waive that right later. A waiver of one breach is not a waiver of any other breach.

Translation

If we provide these Terms in another language, the English version will prevail in case of any conflict.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to give at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect. What counts as “material” is determined by us.

By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
